How to kick a ball properly Football

When it comes to giving a kick a ball of football, there are two things that an expert coach must teach his players - accuracy and power.

Accuracy

It is a false claim that the only good investment is to hit a specific part of the ball. The truth is the other way around. In fact, the most important thing for players is to lead their foot kick in the direction of their target.

The coach must also examine the knee foot kick players to ensure that their ankle is moving directly from the ball without lateral or vertical deviation. Have the players concentrate on its size relative to the floor. The ball must travel guide on the target.

Now, let me give you a specific example. Let me tell you how to produce a low, hard shot. Follow through to the players to advance their whole body.

Their ankle should not be able to lift or deviant while leading the ball. Do not let them try hard because then the players can eventually jump-foot bell up in front and landed on the foot to kick.

Power

By kicking a ball of football, the power is another important element that can make a huge difference. Do not test the players to swing harder in order to develop more power. If they do so, they are losing a lot of damage control or risk.

An expert coach understands that power comes from the speed of execution. Make players use the elastic quality of the leg muscles. If players think that way, they can jump much higher. They must crouch and jump rather than jumping up from a squat position.

When they are kicking the ball, they should take the elastic quality of their leg muscles. They should minimize the period when their leg kick changes the direction of the recovery propulsion.

However, accuracy and power do not come easily. You must practice it by the repetition or without ball through polymeric exercises. After all, practice makes a man perfect, and if you want to learn how to kick a ball of football, you must practice the right way.
